At VetVital, we aim to get your orders into your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship via both standard and express tracked services to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Australia): 2–8 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays as shipping is provided by a third party business out of our control.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. We are working on providing this in the future.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@vetvital.com.au within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
